Ian David Marsden Designer
“Kitchen Farm” collection for RITZENHOFF
Available October 2013
I am delighted to have been invited and selected as a designer to contribute to the RITZENHOFF Design collection and I feel honored to join the ranks of current and past Ritzenhoff Designers, an impressive who’s who of the international design world.
My first four designs consist of the following set of four:
A “sugar bird“, a “salt pig” and a small “bunny” herb jar and larger “cow” herb jar in the “Kitchen Farm” series.
RITZENHOFF is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of beverage glasses, glass objects and components. Innovative designs have become the hallmark of the annual Ritzenhoff Collection, a tabletop fashion trendsetter.
Since 1810, porcelain, ceramics and glass have been our passion. Within these over 200 years of our existence, we have gained greatest expertise and have long since been one of the leading suppliers of tableware products as well as kitchen and home accessories.
My name is Ian David Marsden and I am an independent designer and illustrator. I am available for freelance projects and art licensing.
I designed the first Google Doodles, created the official mascot for the FIS Alpine Ski World Championship 2003 in St. Moritz and also characters and mascots for the main event and all the arteplages of Expo.02 as well as various other clients. I have designed logos and crests for La Toya Jackson and companies world-wide and work as an illustrator in various styles with creative- and art-directors, art-buyers, advertising agencies, newspapers, magazines, educational- young adult- and children’s book publishers, and various corporate and business clients on their external and internal communication.
I would love to have an informal chat with you about your projects as well. You can contact me directly at: [email protected]
