It is a very simple cartoon. Doctor Frankeinstein and Igor are in the lab creating a monster. Instead of the usual 'Frankenstein' monster they are creating the PokeMon(ster). The End. Now if you don't think it's funny I can certainly understand that - but offensive? I don’t know why people keep leaving comments that this cartoon is supposedly offensive.
